Hello - Sawatdee Kha Nim was in the public service for 25 years and at the same time was a successful Thai restaurateur and teaching Thai Cuisine and then found her way into the Real Estate industry. Nim likes being busy and has an enthusiasm for dealing with people in an open and professional manner. Assisting people has always been a pleasure for Nim, being very active in the community volunteering for many charities such as Red Nose, ZONTA International, Floriade, and as a MC at the National Multicultural Festival for over 20 years. She has also sat on Government Boards in relation to Domestic Violence and multicultural issues for many years. As a community radio broadcaster since 1997 and has continued to commit to a weekly broadcast in Thai and another program discussing Real Estate, Health-Wellbeing and Food. She is also a qualified practitioner in oncology, pregnancy, sport, sciatica, disc issue and remedial massage therapist. Scheduled to complete her Master Myoskeletal Therapist certification. Over a decade in Real Estate in the Canberra and NSW surrounding district and owning her own agency Nim understands her clients and provides them the personal support they need. She understands that whether they are selling or buying it is an emotional and a major decision they will face. This requires understanding and yet professional knowledge and approach discussing all available options in an open manner.
